Care believes our Manager's ability to originate, manage and create value from attractive investment opportunities will benefit us, as will our Manager's relationships with many financial institutions.
Care's objective is to provide attractive total returns to our stockholders by maximizing the difference between the yield on our investments and the cost of financing these investments. We expect this strategy to generate cash available for distribution to our stockholders and to facilitate capital appreciation.
